"The microcosm of Lijiang" is what we say about Lijiang World Heritage Park. Lijiang is full of local mysterious and interesting cultures, and the park is the very access for you to discover them.
The park covers an area of about 33 acres, and consists of more than ten scenic spots. There are "Eastern Eden", "Snow Fairyland", "River Bend Wonderland", "Three Parallel Rivers", "Lijiang Ancient Town", "Jade Dragon Snow Mountain" ect. Among them, "Three Parallel Rivers" was listed by the UNESCO (United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in the "List of Natural Heritage of the World" in 2003.
The World Heritage Park creates a personalized and harmonious tourist atmosphere. By the means of artistic creation, "Three Parallel Rivers" and "Lijiang Ancient Town" both become the representative essence of Lijiang natural and cultural landscape resources. It is becoming a more and more popular destination for tourist from all over the world.
