Feature: Dawazi is another traditional sport of sills. Dawazi is in Uygur language which means walking on ropes. It is also called walking on ropes in upper air. It is often performed during festivals or celebrations. After a long time of development, Dawazi has reached very good skills these days. The colorful wood pole can reach as high as 30-odd meters. One rope connects all the poles together. With a 4-meter long rail, the performer walks on the rope without any safeguard. Flags are flaunting in the wind and the music is on, the performer walks calmly, sometimes falls down from the sky and sometimes sits on the rope.
