In Uyguran, the steamed bun is called “Pitimanta”. The filling of the steamed bun is choice mutton mince and the steamed bun is a favorite food among Uyguran. The steamed bun has shiny luster with very thin flour cover and the mutton is very delicious and rich with fragrant special local garlic seasoning. It is a very good charming food.
