Whick kind of subway ticket I'd better buy in HK?

I'm planning to take a visit to Hong Kong for a week. And I want to know when I take the subway in the urban district, which kind of ticket I should buy: normal fare or Octopus Card?

Of course the Octopus Card would be better. With the Octopus Card, you can take not only the subway, but also many other kinds of vehicles in Hong Kong. And it can also be used in convenience stores, so it would be kinda easy for you to shop. But you should first remember, when you buy the card, you should pay 50 HK dollars for deposit, and you can get it back when you leave HK.
