Which is the best season to visit Sanya? Can I go there by train? I am in Chengdu now.

The best time to visit Sanya is from Nov. to May when the weather is most enhoyable. But this period is the peak travel season and you will see more crowds everywhere throughout the island and travel cost probably a bit higher. No train runs between Chengdu and Hailand island. You may either turn to flight or take a train to Zhuzhou and guangzhou first and then change another train to the Hainan Island.
