There are many confucius temples throughout China but the oldest and most visited one is in Qufu(Confucius's hometown) of east China's Shandong province. Yes, some of the classicals by confucius have been translated into English and widely read throughout the world such as The Analects, Doctrine of the Mean, The Great Learning, Classica of Filial Piety.
