Bring some altitude medication, drink a lot of water and most importantly, keep healty.

Hmmm, I was on my way to Mr. Everest in 2002, but I was running fever and suffered from anoxia badly. My friends decided to cancel the drive to Mt. Everest and took northern part of Tibet instead. I felt sorry and luck. The reason that I was not able to go there was because I had a cold badly before coming to Tibet. So, be sure to keep healthy before going there.
