I want to have a visit to Hainan. It is said that Hainan is very hot the whole year with no winter. I wonder that whether is ok for any time to go there. what is the best time to visit Hainan?

In my opinion, coming to Hainan on holidays is the last choice, for the expensive fare of house, transportation and tickets will be a great expenditure. The golden time to visit Hainan is from October to March of the next year..
