What's the weather like in Lijiang on October?

I'm planning to go for a business trip to Lijiang on October 15, so I'm deeply concerned about the weather there, can anyone be kindly enough to tell me something about that? And BTW, what should I bring with me and is there anything I should be aware of. Thx..

I visited Lijiang last october. It was very hot at daytime but freezing at night. I remebered i only wore my thin t-shirt at midday but still feld cold in my overcoat at night. Templerature differs greatly between daytime and night. You need to bring clothes for both summer and winter. Bring suncream to protect your skin, the sun radiation is quite intense.

Most of time, it would be cloudy or showery weather, so you should bring with you enough clothes and medicine. The temperature is about 15-23 degrees centigrade, and you should bring long dresses and long pants, an overcoat might be great.
