Weather temperature conditions for Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and X'ian in JANUARY?

The weather in Xi''an is seasonal. January is cold and dry with average temperature of -1℃ and it often snows. January in Shanghai and Nanjing (the two cities are close to each other) is cold and humid with average temperature of 3℃ and it rains often. While it is a bit warmer in Hangzhou with the average temperature of 8℃, but it snows sometimes.

The temperature in Nanjing, Hangzhou and Xian will be also cold. It will be around 0.
