There are two types of lodging: Tibetan-style tent and normal hostel. Comparatively, tent hotels are cheaper but the facilites are more simple. The best hotels in Nagqu town are the Nagqu hotel, Changtang Xin Yuan hotel and the Nagqu prefectural government hotel.
Many travelers opt an overnight stay at the Namtso Lake. On the edge of the lake there are two guesthouses and a monastery which can offer accomodation or you can camp nearby,
