Athough hotels in Chamdo are lack of comfort, they are good enough for basic neccessity.

Kangsheng Hotel

Location: No. 10 Chamdo West Street, Chamdo County, 5 minutes drive from Chamdo Bus Station.

Brief Introduction: Kangsheng Hotel has 55 rooms with basic facilities, including 103 beds, independent washrooms, color TV sets and hot water.

Chamdo Bus Station Inn

Location: No.2, East Street, Chamdo County. The hotel is located in Jiareba (one district in Chamdo), just across the West Bridge.

The facilities are comparatively simple, but clean and inexpensive. And it's convenient to rent vehicles. Small restaurants outside of the inn offer good and inexpensive food. The only dissatisfaction is that the surrounding makes some noise.

Chamdo Hotel

Location: Located at No. 22 West Street, Chamdo County, the hotel is on the bank of Ngom Qu River and opposite to Chambaling Monastery.

Brief Introduction: The hotel covers a building area of 12,000 square meters, and has facilities for entertainment, conference and shopping. The hotel is the only 3-star tourist hotel catering to foreign tourists in eastern Tibet. There are seventy-eight comfortable suites in the hotel, including 6 deluxe suites, 27 deluxe standard rooms, 21 standard rooms and 24 triple rooms. Two meeting rooms seat 200 and 35 persons respectively. The dining-hall, with 32 tables, and other 10 deluxe dining rooms, seat 300 persons. Skillful cooks make delicious dishes with special flavors, such as seafood, Sichuan food, Tibetan Food and snacks. There are also some teahouses here.
