Can I visit Tsing Hua and Beijing University as a foreign tourist?

Both campuses opened to tourists last summer vocation but the opening aroused many difference voices. Some experts said the opening of the university campus would cause disturbance to normal teaching and study activities. Have no idea whether they still open.
