How should I deal with those street baggars in China?

Hello, I visited China last year and was annoyed by the street baggars who were very persistent. Some even chased you for money. Now I am planning a returned visit to China and I am irritated at the thought of being disturbed by the street baggars whom I will be sure to meet. How to deal with them?

When traveling in china, you will find some miserable people ( kids, the disabled, and old with haggard faces in ragged clothes) kneeing on the streets for others’ almsgiving. Their reasons vary: disabled and deserved by family members; eldly not supported by their children, etc. those feint might deserve your kindness but if you happen to have no small charge or just not in the mood to sympathize, just step around them. But be cautions of those "fake beggars" who take advantage of others'mercy and make "beggaring" their job. Those professional "fake beggars" often work in fixed hours at relatively constant places. They pretend to lost job, to have no money for trip back home or no money for schools. Some even pretend to be disabled persons. You are recommended to just walk away. Any alms to them are unnecessary.
