There is no direct passenger ship from Dalian to Qingdao, you should first take a ship to Yantai. The total distance is about 220 km, and the ticket price is 40 Yuan. It takes you only 3 hours to get to Yantai, and then you can take a bus or train to Qingdao from Yantai.
