The weather in Qinghai during the national holidays will be fine, you can absolutely go there and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. The attractions like Qinghai Lake and Bird Island, Huzhu Beishan National Forest Park, Taer Monastery, and Huzhu Tu Nationality Tourist Area would be the good choices for you.
