Forbidden City.

I am a student, currently researching the forbidden city as part of an assignment!! I would like to hear peoples views. As i am currently producing a small booklet!! If anyone has visited it and can tell me why this tourist attraction is a must see!! Or has a point to put across as a comment i could use i would be grateful of a reply!! Thanks, Princess Jenny. X

The Imperial Palace, home to 24 Emperors between 1420 and 1911. Great squares, halls and gates contrast with the intricate networks of side halls, gardens, courtyards and quarters for those who lived in this ''city within a city''. The exhibitions, both permanent and temporary, are also absolutely fascinating.
