After having a look at the picture of West Lake Fish with Vinegar Sauce, can someone give a more description of this famous dish of Hangzhou?

This traditional dish in Hangzhou originated in the folk tale, "Sister-in-Law and Brother''''s Treasure". The carp, usually weighing 1.3 kilogram each, is first boiled in water and then stewed in a sweet and sour juice.
