One day Tianjin tour, Itinerary suggestion

Hi, my husband and I have a one day vocation and we are planning a short excursion around the city of Tianjin. The sights we want to visit including the TV Tower, culture street, Binjiang Boulevard. Our prefered transportation is bus or subway? Please help us making up a suitable itinerary? thanks
