A brief introduction to the city
Alashan League has a total area of 280,000 square kilometers. It is the league with the largest area in Inner Mongolia. Presently it governs three counties, i.e. Alashan Left County whose administration center lies at Bayanhaote town, Alashan Right County whose administration center rests at Ekenhuduyouge town, and Ejina County whose administration center is at Dalaikubu town. The administrative center of the league lies at Bayanhaote, Alashan Left County. The league has a total population of 171,000 with 15 ethnic groups such as Meng, Han and Hui, etc.
