Hi, longcaihong, you think tea is bitter?! i think you just can''t get used to it. This is easy to understand.just as many Chinese don''t understand why westerners love cafe and coca so much.One day i asked one of my foreign colleages how was he that day.He replied he was not so good,because he did not take any cafe or cocacola.Hehe! i will feel no good if i take coca everyday!i just can get used to it!

In China drinking tea has a long history of 4,000 years. Chinese people like to drink tea, and often entertain friends and guests with it. The tealeaf is a necessity in the life of Chinese people. Ancient Chinese liked to drink them because they first used them for medicinal purposes before developing tea as a drink. Them they found drinking tea can quench one''s thirst, dispel fatigue, help digestion and prevent some diseases. Drinking tea for a long period is quite beneficial to people''s health thus drinking tea became more and more popular for thousands of years.
