How long is the travel time from shanghai to beijing (taking jinghu railway)?

I would like to know how long is the travel time from shanghai to beijing, we are planning to take jinghu railways? Also, where should i get fare rate for jinghu railway? Thanks!

Around 5 hours from Beijing to Shanghai if you travel along the Jinghu railway.

Mainly three kinds of train run on the jinghu railway between Beijing and Shanghai, D train, Z train and T train. D train by far is the fastest. Shanghai to Beijing by D train takes about 10 hours. Comparatively, Z train is a bit slower than D train but faster than T train. Z train from Shanghai to Beijing takes around 12 hours while T train about one hour longer. You may go to the rail station or check online for fare rate for the Jinghu railway. Hope this help.
