Geographic Location
Guizhou Province is situated on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau in southwestern China. It adjoins Sichuan Province on the north, Guangxi Province on the south, Hunan Province on the east, and Yunnan Province on the west. With some 509 kilometers from north to south, 595 kilometers from east to west, Guizhou Province covers an area of 176,167 square kilometers, accounting for 1.8% of China's total area.
