The raw material of dried longan is the best longan in Yulin whose pulp is sweet and fleshy. After the fine process, it turns to the color of amber and becomes glossy and flexible. You can pinch into a ball with your fingers, but it turns back when you loose your fingers. It smells sweet and fragrant. It looks like a plum blossom when put into the hot water. Yulin is one of the key producing areas of longan pulp.
