With a convenient transportation, Heyuan is 200 kilometres away from Guangzhou, 98 kilometres away from Huizhou and 178 kilometres away from Shenzhen. Heyuan is the first city where the Jingjiu railway stops when going into Yue. Meishan railway and Jingjiu railway both go through Heyuan. And many trains pass by so that you can get to the main cities in China conveniently.

Urban Transportation

The transportation condition among different scenic spots in the city: the scenic spots are mainly centralized and only less than 10 kilometers away from the downtown area.

Man-pulled Pedicab

Heyuan is also featured with man-pulled Pedicab which is much cheaper than the taxi. You can also enjoy yourself a lot by strolling over the city in it.

Tour Bus

The tour bus station starts from the railway station to the Heyuan Normal School with an average run of 10 minutes. The buses will go via Chashan Park, Delicious Food Street, Rainbow Street, the highest fountain in Asia, Cultural Square, Custom Street and museum, etc.

Taxi

The taxis are everywhere and not as crowd as those in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. The starting price is 5 yuan and 6.5 yuan after 11 o’clock. If you want to go to the environs scenic area by taxi, you can haggle with the taxi driver beforehand.
