Many Hakkas inhabit Qingxi Town, therefore, the Hakka dishes prepared by the restaurants here, especially the Hakka dog meat and stuffed tofu are most authentic. The most famous dishes are the finely cooked pond fish, especially “the four famous fish in Dongguan”: big head, grass carp, bream and dace.
