yes, they have many snake dishes, a very popular one is the snake hot pot.

I've been to Guangzhou before, and my friend invited me to dinner...
And snakes, rats, frogs were served at that dinner, yet I felt it as disgusting, I dared not to eat the special game meat..
What a shame...
