Women 10m Air Pistol Silver medalist Natalia Paderina from Russia and Bronze medalist Nino Salukvadze from Georgia were hugging, cheering and kissing each other on the cheek after the prize giving ceremony. This may be the most touching scene during the Olympic, as well as the most beautiful picture during period of the military conflict between Russia and Georgia. "If the world were to draw any lessons from what I did, there would never be any wars," Salukvadze, 39, said afterward.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev told French President Nicolas Sarkozy Sunday that Russian forces would begin withdrawing from Georgia around midday Monday, Sarkozy's office said in a statement. It hopes that this will be a good beginning for Russia and Georgia's relationship back to normal.

What a touching story! May the world in peace. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.【Rev21:4】
