Nadun carnival celebrates harvest in Qinghai

People perform during the Nadun (meaning entertainment and celebration) carnival in Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County in Southwest China's Qinghai Province August 25, 2008. The annual festival is to celebrate the ongoing harvesting season and pray for better fortune in the next year. The Nadun carnival has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage of China.
