About the Chinese food?

Learning from the internet, there are several schools of Chinese cuisine. Which kind is the most famous one and worth a taste. I am alergic to the spicy food. As long as I am used to western food, is it easy to find western restaurant when I am sated with Chinese food?

In china every school of the ciusine with its special flavor is worth a tast. the Suan and Xiang cuisines are famous for their strong,hot, spicy flavor.chili powder and hot peeper are commonly used. Both the lu and su cuisines feature lighness and the seafood in lu is really a must for you. Western retaurants are convieniently located in big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guilin.
